ジョンとヨーコとタイトルにはついてますが、今回ジョンは脇役。あくまでもオノヨーコさんの人生を語る究極のドキュメンタリー。ヨーコさんの生い立ちやジョン亡き後のその後の人生を、本人や関係者のインタビューを交えて追います。ヨーコさんの娘さん、キョーコさんを見たのはこれが初めてだったのでとても衝撃的でした。
なお、ジョンとヨーコのヌード写真やお尻の映像など、本来したくはありませんでしたが随所に私がカットしている場面があります。それから、これ、あがってもあがっても削除されているのではないかと推測します。これも（そして私のIDも）寿命短いかもしれませんので早めに観てください。
オノヨーコは良くも悪くもジョンレノンの人生を大きく変えた女性。ヨーコとの出会いがジョンにとって幸せだったのか、不幸だったのかは彼自身が決める問題だと思う。

This is what I think. John and Yoko were artists more than musicians. They need to excel themselves to produce something artistic, so they needed each other.

Yoko wasn't always hidden, it was Cynthia who was hidden during her marriage to John and life together. Yoko was in media with John.
John Lennon was completely messed up before Yoko Ono came to him, He was sunken in drugs addictions w along with his band mates, but deep inside John was a very sensitive and thoughtful guy. In the pike of his fame when everything seems confusing and fake, he felt in love with the most creative and benevolent person he was able to find; then he started writing songs like imagine and many other controversial songs speaking about love and liberty. They together started a huge movement!
You seem to missed sth importand in John's life. So you may be not right at all.

Here is a theory. Sean does not dare cross his mother while she is alive, she may write him out of the will. For all we know she may have the will state that Sean will receive the inheritance in structured installments(dribs and drabs)for the duration of his life. Sean is probably controlled by her (just like John was) and if he challanges the will in court to have that changed, he gets cut off. If he,(Sean)ever publically disrespects her memory,(disrespect includes mild complaint/disagreement with any decision she has made) ever NOT publically defend her completely, ever write a Mommie Dearest type book about her, ever attempts to divide or share the inheritance with Julian or Cynthia (if she is still alive at the time of Yoko's death) ever tries to share ANY of it with any living Lennon relative, he gets cut off completely. If Sean ever has children, and tells them how Yoko controls him from the grave, (and they go public with how dead Granny control(s/led) Daddy stories, and undermines her carefully crafted revised history about herself) structured dribs and drabs stop completely and Sean's children (and his grandchildren) get disinherited.
We know that Yoko is a control freak, master manipulator, and I would not put it past her to continue with the controlling and manipulating even after death. John Lennon specifically expressed his wishes of NOT BEING CREMATED but she had him cremated anyway, perhaps that when she dies, she'll be cremated and have their ashes mixed together, like their names were, then interred in some Ono Lennon memorial structure where Lennon fans and admirers can come and pay homage to him but get her too, as a way of her getting some sort of "BACK-ATCHA-BITCHES!" revenge and spillover worship from those that loved him and loathed her. (And she gets top billing!)
I bet her daughter Kyoko is in for a shock to discover she will inherit NOTHING! I know that she is not Lennon's child, but she is Yoko's and Lennon's money is now Yoko's too, and as a child, after Yoko chose to abandon her(so Yoko could take up with John carefree and childfree) at one point Kyoko chose to live with her father Tony Cox instead of Yoko and John, and we know Yoko never forgets a slight and can hold a grudge forever.
Anyway, I'm sure Sean loves his mother and may not feel like he is dominated and controlled, although he parrots, just like John, what Yoko claimed; "Yoko would not get as much flack if she were a blond white woman" (like sympathetic figure Cynthia) as if most people would like and admire a scheming, conniving, manipulative, greedy selfish narcissis, who radiates negative vibes and is mean and cruel to other peoples children just because she is a blond and white.(That is some Yoko logic if I ever heard it!)

John was going to leave Yoko Ono and Yoko knew it . Yoko dismissed John Lennon's bodyguard several days before he was murdered

she was the epitome of experimental art. i may not be a fan of the couple, or Lennon himself, but her dignified movement that changed how we see art nowadays is fluctuating, people seem to appreciate it. she is truly way behind her time.
i found her style alot compelling, and for sure many artists would somehow let her be the source of inspiration from their works. I'm also seeing two sides of a coin (she may have manipulated John, or how the rumor goes--or that maybe there's still alot more to her personal struggles as to why explains her unusual behavior, in the end we never know).

People who revile her as talentless are just ignorant. She had a life as an artist long before she met John. I've seen her art and I have her book "Grapefruit" which I always loved. She is a conceptual artist, something most people have never heard of. So a lot of the critics just don't know what they're talking about. I enjoy her art. She had a totally independent and strong identity, and that I think is what he admired in her. It's childish to say she broke up the Beatles, as if she'd give a shit. She didn't even know who they were! John and the others already had their differences which is what broke them up.
+rkg77 She may not have been the sole reason they broke up, but she hastened the break up, by being a disruptive force in the studio, because Paul, George and Ringo refused to let her join the band as an real member like she wanted. She absolutely KNEW that The Beatles was the most famous band on earth and she wanted to be that famous too so she sought out Paul to be her "sponsor" but he brushed her off. How'd she know to do that if she'd never heard of them? She lied! When she met John at the Indica Art Gallery, the owner of the gallery pointed Lennon out, told her he was rich and famous, and Yoko made a beeline to Lennon and latched on to his arm, giving him the guided tour of her "art".
He eventually got bored with her and her "art", and tried to leave but she clung tightly to him. Visably annoyed with her clinging, he disentangled himself from her clutches and ran from her with her chasing after him screaming "Take me with you!" She then stalked him everywhere, even camping out in front of his and Cynthia's home, sending him letters, notes, gifts, even jumping inside of a limo between Lennon and his wife, (she was relentless in pursuit of John). So much for her "feminist" ideals, that she would pursue a married father, with the intent to destroy another woman's marriage and family, so she could gain fame for herself through an already famous man. She finally got him when she offered him heroin, and sex. That was the true beginning of JohnandYoko, and not the cleaned up revised version they both lied about.
Her "conceptional art" was so lousy, pretty much everybody rejected it from Tokyo, to New York, to London and everywhere else because as an avant garde, conceptional artist, she sucked! After Lennon's death, she milked his fame to sell her lousy art and only phony, pretentious "hipsters" trying to be Lennon cool, like it.

I find Yoko Ono fascinating because no matter how many interviews I watch to hear her speak and the content thereof I am still none the wiser as to what makes this woman tick - she is like a butterfly flitting here and there both in her manner and the things that she speaks of. She is not stupid by any means but certainly a very enigmatic personality as well as eccentric. Is she brave or just plain fearless to get up and scream and howl in the name of art, or to sit on a stage and let a stranger cut her clothes off wanting to shock. Here we may have a little insight - during her interview she described herself as being 'hidden' from her early childhood years to her marriage to John- is her so called art her way of being exposed as opposed to 'hidden.' It is interesting that her own mother was always busy; when Yoko gave birth to a daughter in a second marriage she had little to do with her upbringing - that was left to her husband so she could pursue her busy career but then fought bitterly for custody during the divorce - a woman of many contradictions. One thing that cannot be denied however is that she looks bloody amazing for an 80 year old - the screaming obviously rids the body of negative energy leaving her youthful and full of vitality - now that has to be a positive!

NO, doesn't matter one bit if John loved her or she him IN THE WORKPLACE! John had a career, a business relationship with his band and his public way before Yoko stalked, addicted, and married him. Yoko forced her way in and everyone resented it. If you turn on the TV to see Jerry Seinfeld you don't expect to see amateur no-name wife-of-Seinfeld intruding oddly, disrupting the ensemble comedians. No matter how much he "loves her". The show would have ended. Just like The Beatles could not endure that, neither John's colleagues, nor the fans. I doubt that Paul and her "get along now", but it's a moot point -- John had a responsibility to his fans, his public, and WE will never forgive him for throwing it all away. He took his lucky break and broke it in two.

I am convinced the only reason people dislike Yoko is she was Japanese. yoko sat in on beatles sessions because john wanted her to. he invited her to contribute input into the band the very same way he invited paul to contribute input into the band. john asked her to be there and contribute her input. she was a trained musician, unlike the other beatles and she was in his eyes an avante guard artist, and john and the beatles were considered revolutionary musicians, and john thought she would be the perfect addition to the band because he work was forward thinking and he wanted that in his music. like any good artist john wanted to be a radical. yoko was there for the same reasons paul was there, john liked their work and wanted them to contribute to the band and its creations.

Well... we can't blame him for defending his own existence by "defending" his mum. I too find the blonde comment far fetched but in a way I think Sean is probably a bigger "victim" than Julian, except on the financial front, ahem. I didn't hate Ono nor blamed her for any Beatles break up related stuff, that was inevitable already when she and John became an item. As a lifelong Beatles' fan, I think I mostly sort of naturally ignored her because she simply gave me a funny and very weird feeling in general. I remember all the raging discussions about her, the name calling, etc. among fellow fans over the years and myself never actually expressing my thoughts about John's massive infatuation with Paul and all the personal stuff going on (extra-artistic) and their growth as men since 1966 and the fact that John was an extremely complex individual with many emotional issues, as proven throughout all his life. Additionally, I have big reservations about her as an artist, avant garde or not. I simply dislike her art and quite a few of her actions and decisions over the course of her involvement with John, but I don't find myself capable of judging. A very COMPLEX story indeed.

She wanted to be famous, no matter who it "hurt, crippled, or killed", and John's coattails were to be her ride to superstardom on the same level as his, so he forced her down people's throats. But try as they might, John's fame couldn't be easily transferred to her because she offered no discernible talent for audiences to admire. So most peopled didn't like her, her art, or her screaming into mics, assaulting their ears.

1.She with held private letters and diaries that John Lennon meant for his first son Julian to have. GIVE IT TO HIM.
2. She took away the Home of John Lennon's sisters that JOHN intended for them to have. Also Aunt Mimi's home which should have stayed in John's Family. This is what John WANTED for his family to be taken care of. This is not Cynthia's family for those who say Yoko shouldn't take care of Cynthia. Ok. This is ONLY Johns FAMILY.

I’m gonna say this once and never again. Yoko did NOT break The Beatles up. Paul was actually the one who wanted to leave first. He and Linda moved to Scotland to find peace for awhile. Get the facts straight. Paul still says today that The Beatles were already having issues, and that it had nothing to do with wives or girlfriends. John then followed Paul’s lead. This truth can be researched. There was an article that came out in 1969 depicting Paul’s downward spiral. He felt very depressed, nervous and feeling guilty leaving his band members, but Paul knew it was time. It was time to start a new chapter in his life. So,....there. Leave Yoko Ono alone. She helped John find spiritualism and freedom.

I hope not though as there are enormous amounts of factual comments on this. John wanted to leave first and Paul managed to persuade him to stay. Yoko is definitely a complicated woman. I can't be completely against her because without her, John would have never written some of his most genius works that were inspired by his love (and struggle to maintain his love) for Yoko. Neither of them were saints; people accuse Yoko of cheating on John, while John was the one that cheated on his wife with Yoko. He decided to end his own marriage, and his LSD addiction that began in 1965 (before he met Yoko) is a big contributor to his marriage failing. In the end, it was he who decided to stop trying, he who decided to not contact his son, Julian, and he who didn't fight to keep The Beatles together. It can be argued that Yoko partially motivated these actions, which I do believe to be true. Yoko prevented John from spending time with Paul and his own son. Additionally, she inserted herself within the band's business, which did not help the current situation. That is definitely atrocious. I also think that after John's death, Yoko used John's image and messages of peace to make more money. She kept John's belongings away from Julian as well. But she did NOT break up the Beatles, as much as people want to say she did. She was a force that created more tension within the band, but personal differences between the members, John's own stubbornness, Brian Epstein's death, Allen Klein, and many other things contributed as well. There is a much bigger picture to who Yoko is, and it definitely isn't black and white. John also did wrong that led to the breakup of the band and the end of his marriage, and Yoko isn't pure evil. It is never that simple.
